Snacking…. The Nations downfall!  We’re all caught saying, “If it wasn’t for snacking we’d all be perfect weights”   Snacking is a national pastime.  Whether it’s in the office, by the water cooler or hunkered down on the sofa watching your favorite show, we just can’t stop this addiction.  And it’s usually never veggies or fruit.  It’s all about sweet, savoury, creamy and salty flavors.  After a long day all we want to do is relax and have some of this comfort food to raise our serotonin.   But we’re raising more than our mood hormones, we’re raising our weight, blood pressure and cholesterol!
