For instance:
1. A dairy queen chocolate cookie dough blizzard has 1200 calories, 45 g of fat and 1300 mg sodium, Instead try the small crispy crunch blizzard at 500 calories, 17 gram of fat and 230 gm of sodium

2. A Mcdonalds double big mac and fries has 1300 cal, 70 g fat and 2000 mg sodium, the Small burger and fries only costs you  450 cal / 14 gram fat  and 1200 mg sodium

3. Tim hortons blt and donut  has 1000 cal,  41 gram fat and 1200 mg sodium.   Slightly better are the egg or chicken salad sandwich and the best  donut nutritionally is the chocolate dip and blueberry bloom

4. Taco bell volcano burrito has 800 cal, 43 gram fat and 1900 mg sodium, but Steak burrito has 400 cal, 15 gm fat, 1200 mg sodium
Eating healthy doesn’t  mean swearing off fast-food altogether
