Add some mushrooms, feta cheese and oregano and you have a whole new burger. Try substituting ground chicken, turkey or veal. Forget the bun-I love to serve these over a bed of couscous. But if you’re serving them on a bun, be sure to include lettuce, tomatoes and onions for an extra serving of veggies.
