Welcome to Rose's new campaign "Choose It and Lose It"! “Choose It and Lose It” is a smart guide to giving in to cravings, while choosing more nutritionally savvy options at restaurants, take outs and supermarkets. Fast food restaurants are here to stay. That’s the bad news. The good news is that you can eat virtually in any of them and still make better choices. Now, I’m not advocating to eat daily in these places, but if you’re going to, you need some nutrition ammunition!
