Swap It: Starbuck's Green Tea Latte or Dolce Cream Frappuccino?

When we hear Green Tea we always assume that it’s a healthier choice, due to the antioxidants and cancer fighting properties. But at Starbucks you’re better off Swapping The Green Tea latte for the Cinnamon Dolce Crème Frappuccino.  The Green Tea latte has three times more fat and also has more sugar that what you should have in your entire day.  The sugar is the equivalent to 12 Chocolate Chip Eggo Waffles!  Try walking briskly for 1 ½ hours to burn those calories.  The Frappuccino also has ice added, which means less milk and less calories and fat. Always customize your beverage by asking for lower fat milk, no whipped cream and one shot rather than two.
