Salmon is full of omega 3’s which prevent stress chemicals that promote fat absorption so why not serve the Salmon Avocado and Orange Salsa as a main course for your Valentine.  This will not only satisfy your taste buds but also will bring lots of stress-free chemicals to your date.  Avocado provides extra fibre and whole grains keeps you from getting hungry so you can enjoy a well deserved time to relax after dinner.

Don’t forget about dessert: especially this one – Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake.  Nothing describe decadence more than these three words which will be the perfect icing on the cake for you and your partners romantic dinner.  This velvety cake might be hard to share, but wait till you see the look on his face when he tries it.  It also pairs well with a cup of green tea which helps burn calories and acts as an antioxidant.
