This tart vinaigrette is perfect for dressing soft greens, such as Boston or leafy lettuce. It also makes a tasty sauce for grilled chicken or fish.
| 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar |
3/4 tsp crushed fresh garlic |
| 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill |
| 1 Tbsp water |
3 Tbsp olive oil |
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk in the oil until well combined.
- Use immediately or refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.
