This is a great marinade for fish, poultry, beef, pork or firm tofu. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight (marinate fish for no more than 30 minutes). Use a Dressings and Sauces Dressings and Sauces non-reactive container when marinating.
| 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar |
1 Tbsp vegetable oil |
| 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tsp minced fresh ginger |
| 2 Tbsp water |
1 tsp sesame oil |
| 2 Tbsp brown sugar |
1/2 tsp crushed fresh garlic |

- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
