Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing |

I love this with a salad that has fruit or nuts in it. It also makes a fabulous sauce with seared tuna or flank steak. There are mild blue cheeses available; use the one your palate prefers.
| 2 oz blue cheese |
1/4 tsp crushed fresh garlic |
| 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream |
2 Tbsp low-fat yogurt |
- Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a small food processor and process until smooth. (Or, if a chunky consistency is desired, crumble the cheese and mix by hand.)
- Serve at room temperature or chill.
