Did you know that food manufacturers design their food products to be addictive?

Behind the scenes they actually play with the optimal balance or sweet spot of sugar and high fructose corn syrup so you crave the product and develop a sugar addiction to the food.

And the sugar is not just in those obvious foods such as desserts or sweet sauces.  They’re buried away in breads, cereals, pasta sauces, peanuts butter, yogourts, salad dressings, low fat foods and frozen diet entrees.

Manufacturers also use sugar substitutes such as Splenda or aspartame in diet foods which just trick your body into thinking you’ve had real sugar also causing addiction

How can you break this cycle?  For just one week give up any sugar or artificially sweetened foods. Replace with naturally sweet foods such fresh fruit.
