RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 225°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl and using a whisk or electric beater, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until they are foamy. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
3. Beat in cornstarch.
4. Drop by the tbsp onto a prepared baking sheet. Stuff each meringue with about 2 chocolate chips. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes for chewy meringues. If you want crisp meringues, then shut off the oven and leave for another hour.
