Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Peanut butter and bananas are a great combination in this smoothie.  Peanut butter is a good source of protein and healthy monounsaturated fat, but higher in calories.  Look at this smoothie as a complete breakfast rather than just an extra beverage in your day.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender puree bananas, yogurt, peanut butter and ice cubes.

2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/4 cup small ice cubes
