Class Description

Salmon is the most popular of all fish available. Eating salmon can help prevent heart disease, lower cholesterol, and blood pressure and boost your brain function. Learn how to prepare it perfectly.
Each class comes with 3 recipes
  1. Roasted Salmon with Honey, Mustard, and Pistachio Crust
  2. Salmon Poke bowl
  3. Crispy Salmon with Cucumber Relish
Rose will be present at the end of each class to answer your recipe related questions. So remember to stick around.
Instructions will sent to you via email once you order your class. Classes will be hosted on Zoom and a link to the class will be emailed to you the morning of your class. There are no cancellations, you will have access to the link for 48 hours. Please do not share the video or Zoom link with anyone.
Recipes and zoom link will be sent to you via email a day before the class.
