These are as tasty as garlic bread, but don’t have all the calories and fat. Use any herbs and spices you like best.
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
2. Slice each bagel into 5 or 6 very thin slices. Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet.
3. Combine the olive oil with the onion, garlic and chili powders in a small bowl and lightly brush the bagel slices with this mixture. Sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake for 8 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle with parsley.
