It’s always great to be on Breakfast Television. Here are the celebrity copycat recipes I shared on the show!

Megan Markle’s One Pot Pasta
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup diced onion
2 large garlic cloves finely minced
3 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
3 cups chicken or vegetable stock or more if needed
12 oz (3/4 lb) spaghetti
4 cups spinach or arugula
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add oil to a large heated skillet – add onion and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic and sauté another minute.
2. Add tomatoes and sauté  another 2 minutes just until slightly blistered.
3. Add stock and spaghetti until submerged, cover and cook about  10 – 12 minutes on a medium heat, stirring a few times, just until pasta is still firm to the bite. Add more stock if needed.
4. Add spinach and cook just until wilted, then add parmesan cheese and salt and combine well. Serve with extra grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

Kourtney Kardashian’s Flourless Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup vegetable oil
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp strong coffee (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of salt
3 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder

Glaze
¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.  Line an 8” springform pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and oil for 1 – 2 minutes on medium heat just until melted.
3. Add sugar, coffee, mix well, add vanilla, salt and eggs and mix until combined. Add cocoa and mix.
4. Pour batter into pan and bake for about 20 minutes or just until firm, do not over bake.  Let cool.
5. Glaze: melt chocolate and milk for about 1 minute on medium heat until dissolved.  Stir until smooth and let cool for 5 minutes.  If too thick add a little more milk. Pour over cake and garnish with icing sugar. Enjoy!

Blake Lively’s Mac and Cheese Upgrade
INGREDIENTS
1 box instant mac and cheese (Annie’s brand is preferred)
¼ cup milk
2 oz light cream cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Package seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
2 Add ¼ cup milk,  2 oz light cream cheese, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and add package seasoning. Stir to combine.

Jennifer Anniston’s Salad On The Set of Friends
INGREDIENTS
1 cup uncooked quinoa
1 ¼ cups water
1 ½ cups diced cucumber
1 can (15 oz) drained, rinsed chickpeas
¾ cup diced onion
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup chopped mint
½ cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring quinoa and water to a boil. Cover and turn to lowest heat and simmer for 15 minutes.  Let cool. Pour into a serving dish.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!
