1. In a food processor grate or chop the cauliflower until it resembles rice. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, sprayed with vegetable oil, sauté onion and garlic for about 5min
3. Add cauliflower and olive oil to skillet and stir-fry until tender 3-5min
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
