Dulce de Leche Cheesecake

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake will quickly become one of your favourite go-to desserts. Quick and easy to make this dessert is to die for!

Preheat oven to 350 F. 9” Springform pan sprayed with vegetable oil

1. Place all ingredients for crust in a bowl and mix until crust comes together, pat onto the bottom of the pan.
2. In a large food processor add all cheesecake ingredients and puree until smooth. Pour over crust and bake for 30 – 40 minutes until a 2” diameter in the centre of cake is still slightly loose.
3. Cool and refrigerate until cold. Best overnight. To garnish, slightly warm Dulce de Leche sauce and drizzle over top. Add pecans (optional)

1 ½ cups graham crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp. oil
2 – 3 tbsp. water

3 packages light cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Dulce de Leche sauce (store bought – Presidents choice)

Toasted pecans pieces (optional)
Dulce de Leche sauce
