Frozen yogurt + the toppings of your choice = a healthy and delicious summer treat! 

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt – a sprinkling of chopped nuts / chocolate chips / toasted coconut / chopped dried fruit

  1. Spread yogurt about 1/8th thick on parchment paper.
  2. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Break into pieces and keep frozen until serving
