This super simple recipe is a delicious side that you can easily whip up for an occasion. The basic combination of tomatoes, burrata, olive oil and balsamic makes for a universally loved dishy
1. Slice tomatoes in half. Place on serving platter.
2. Drizzle the olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on top of tomatoes. Then add salt, pepper and basil.
3. Top with sliced burrata cheese and serve.
