RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice tomatoes in half. Place on serving platter.
2. Drizzle the olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on top of tomatoes. Then add salt, pepper and basil.
3. Top with sliced burrata cheese and serve.
