Edamame in the shell have been all the rage for a few years. But now you can find them shelled in the freezer section of your supermarket. As an alternative to just steaming them, try this recipe with a delicious Asian sauce.
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the edamame and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and return to the saucepan.
2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger and chili sauce. Sauté for 1 minute. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp hot chili sauce
