A sweet Valentine’s Day recipe to make for your favourite sweetie! This heart-shaped cookie is a chocolately treat your Valentine will love.
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8” heart-shaped pan with vegetable oil.
2. In a bowl, add oil, both sugars, egg and vanilla and combine until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients and mix until flour is incorporated. Spread evenly into pan and bake for 18- 20 minutes.
3. Melt chocolate and oil on medium heat in microwave for 30 seconds, or just until chocolate begins to melt.
4. Once the cookie has cooled for a few minutes, drizzle chocolate over top.

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

2 tsp oil
