Greek Vegetarian Wraps with Feta and Hummus

Enjoy this version of a Greek salad in a wrap spread with hummus. The combination is excellent.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the red onion, green pepper, tomato, cucumber, roasted pepper, feta, olive oil, garlic, chili sauce and basil in a large bowl.

2. Divide the hummus evenly among the tortillas. Divide the vegetable mixture on top. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll. Cut in half and serve.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp hot chili sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup hummus
4 large flour tortillas
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 1 1/2 oz)
