This recipe will feed an entire family and it is so easy to prepare. Serve alongside some rice or pasta. The Asian-inspired sauce complements the turkey nicely. A whole boneless turkey breast is available at most supermarkets or at your butcher.
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. To make the sauce, whisk together the stock, vegetable oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
2. Place the turkey breast in a slow cooker and pour half the sauce over the turkey. Cook on the high setting for about 2 1/2 hours or on the low setting for 5 hours or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 160°F. Do not overcook or turkey will dry out. Add the chopped green onions during the last 20 minutes of cooking. Remove the skin before serving. Serve garnished with cilantro, sesame seeds and the remaining sauce.
