Lemon Dill Vinaigrette

This tart vinaigrette is perfect for dressing soft greens, such as Boston or leafy lettuce. It also makes a tasty sauce for grilled chicken or fish.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk in the oil until well combined.

2. Use immediately or refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp water
3/4 tsp crushed fresh garlic
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
3 Tbsp olive oil
