Sesame Seed Crisps

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with vegetable oil.

2. Mix together sugar and oil until creamy. Add egg and lemon juice and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until combined. Drop by tbsp onto baking sheet leaving 2” in between. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until the edges are browned

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 beaten egg
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
