Sour Cream Apple Pie

Apple pies are great for a cooler weather when you can curl up with your blanket and tea and enjoy this delecious pie. For an attractive presentation, sprinkle a little icing sugar over top.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Crust: In bowl, combine graham crumbs, margarine, sugar and water; pat onto bottom and sides of pan. Refrigerate.

3. In large bowl, combine apples, sugar, yogurt, sour cream, raisins, flour cinnamon, egg and vanilla; toss together until well mixed. Pour over crust.

4. Topping: In small bowl, combine sugar, flour, rolled oats and cinnamon; cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie; bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until topping is browned and apples are tender.

5 1/2 cups sliced peeled apples (5 to 6 apples)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup 2% yogurt
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp water

Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp margarine

8-inch (2 L) springform pan
