Teriyaki Marinade

This is a great marinade for fish, poultry, beef, pork or firm tofu. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight (marinate fish for no more than 30 minutes). Use a Dressings and Sauces Dressings and Sauces non-reactive container when marinating.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp crushed fresh garlic
