The grill is our go-to way to cook in the summer. While we may think we’re being healthier in the summer, many of us pack on a few pounds over the warm months. Outdoor celebrating usually means eating and drinking.
On Breakfast Television I break down the best meats & veggies to grill, and which to steer clear of.

Skip:
Rib Eye
Regular Ground Beef
Pork Ribs
Hot Dogs
Sausages
Bratwurst
Wings
Dark Chicken with Skin (The skin adds double the fat and 30% more calories; dark meat adds 30% more calories as well.)

Pick:

Tips: don’t marinate fish for more than 15 minutes. Using a cedar plank to cook fish infuses flavour and the fish won’t stick to it.
