1 cup (85 g) quick rolled oats
2/3 cup (167 g) peanut butter
1/2 cup (75 g) coconut flakes
1/2 cup (88 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup (60 mL) honey
1. Combine oats, peanut butter, coconut, chocolate, and honey until mixture holds together. Roll into 18 1-inch 2.5 cm balls.
*Optional – roll into coconut flakes to finish.
Keep them in a container in the fridge for one week or in the freezer for up to a couple months, but I don’t think they’ll last that long!
